Petralogix uses Squarespace, Inc. to host our website. Squarespace has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The TRUSTe program does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable software. The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through this Web site, www.squarespace.com.

Petralogix main office is located on a secure property that has 24 hour surveillance (Galt, Ca).  This service is provided in house as part of the Petralogix Package.  A dedicated wireless carrier (SOFTCOM) ensures data encryption and security protection under its own privacy policy.  To view this please visit www.softcom.com).  Our main document holding facility is located in our second office which is within in a secure facility (Lodi Ca). This office is under alarmed internal office, and separately alarmed external hall systems.
